Tracking your order

Every order has its own page showing its status from the moment it’s placed. Open it from the link on your order confirmation, or look it up with Order status using your order number and email address. With an account, all your orders are listed under Your account.

What each status means

• Order placed — we’ve received your order.
• Confirmed — your order has been checked and is waiting to be packed.
• Being prepared — your order is being packed.
• Shipped — your order is with the courier; tracking details appear on your order page.
• Delivered — your order has arrived.

Changing or cancelling an order

We start preparing orders quickly. To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
